Arrivals - 9.30am
Meet the team on arrival, check in, meet like-minded marathon runners and start the day with a welcome and introduction session with our coaches

Track - 10.30am
Take part in our marathon designed track session. Your chance to run on the Queen Elizabeth Community track in the Olympic Park

Education - 1.30pm
Learn about nutrition and how to fuel for your marathon and find out the best way to approach your training when preparing for your next marathon

Questions - 3.30pm
Finish your day with any questions for our coaching team, making sure you leave with all the information you need, to attack the 26.2miles
