Who we are
RunThrough Coach (formerly New Levels Coaching) operates this site and the 1:1 online coaching, training-plan, workshop, and training-night services advertised on it. References to 'we', 'us', and 'our' in this policy refer to RunThrough Coach.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you book a coaching call, send a contact-form message, sign up for a workshop or training night, start 1:1 online coaching, or use the Ask the Coach assistant. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number (optional), goals, race history, and the messages you send us.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the service you've asked for — sending plan updates, replying to questions, processing payments through our subscription partner (Final Surge / Stripe), and keeping a coaching record of your training. We do not sell your data.
Marketing
If you tick the marketing box on a form, we add you to our occasional email list — coaching tips, workshop announcements, training-night dates. You can unsubscribe in any email. We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and a small set of analytics cookies to understand which pages runners use most. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies and sends Meta anonymised information about the pages you visit so we can measure and target our Facebook and Instagram advertising. You can control this via your browser and your Facebook ad preferences.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email contact@runthroughcoach.com (or use the contact form) and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we'll note the change at the top of this page and, where appropriate, email coached athletes directly.
