What Our Runners Say
Ben Robinson
"The course was fully engaging, well coached and well organised. The theory was backed up with practical drills to tune up your running.
It was also definitely for everyone, not an elite athlete practise session. There was a great range of abilities/paces and you could take away as much as you wanted from the sessions, be it a casual runner who wants to understand a bit about the mechanics or a seasoned pro who wants to learn how to shift their threshold.
I will definitely put in some practise using the drills/techniques learned and will sign up to some more physiology testing to see my progress."
Paul Coyne
" Having attended the endurance Physiology Workshop and the Paula Radcliffe Marathon Workshop in 2025. Both events were excellent, hosted by brilliantly capable coaches and experts, attended by so many enthusiastic fellow runners of varied abilities and proved extremely worthwhile both for the wealth of knowledge provided and the validation of my existing understanding. RunThrough Coach events are highly recommended."
