What our runners say

From past workshop attendees.

What a great day! The team are friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and encouraging. The workshop was well structured with an initial briefing detailing the day then a round robin of activities delivered by the enthusiastic coaches. Lunch was provided which was excellent then the afternoon put everything into practice on the running track. Overall a great day providing me with drills and technique's to improve my running. Highly recommended!

Andrew Barlex

Already being coached I know just how professional, knowledgeable and amazing they are.. but this weekend was another level. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was treated like a friend not a consumer. The knowledge imparted was invaluable and I can't wait to put things into practice!! I'm particularly looking forward to the results of the lactate testing to boost my training plan!! Don't just think these weekends are for elites. I'm a passionate plodder and got so much out of it!!
